Correct, dispute, or remove your listing

Brisbane Childcare Directory is an independent guide to childcare centres across Brisbane. Every listing draws from publicly available business data, and scores are calculated from Google reviews using a single, consistent rubric that applies the same way to every centre. There is no charge to be listed, and payment does not affect your score or ranking. Correcting factual details

If your centre's name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or services are wrong in your listing, we can fix them. Send us the correct information along with proof: your website, your Google Business Profile, or another official source we can check. Once a correction is confirmed and applied, it stays in place through all future updates to your listing.

Challenging your score

Scores are never adjusted by hand. If you believe your score is wrong, the issue is almost always with the input data: perhaps your listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to the wrong centre, or a summary of what reviewers wrote is inaccurate. We re-check the sources and rebuild your listing from scratch. A dispute is not a request for a higher number, and scores cannot be negotiated.

Requesting removal

We take a listing down when the business has permanently closed, is a duplicate, or falls outside what this directory covers. Closed businesses are also picked up by the monthly re-verification cycle. Because listings come from public business information, an accurate and in-scope listing may stay published, and we will give you that answer plainly if it is the one we reach.

How fast we respond

Every request gets acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are completed within 7 days. If we decline your request, we give you the reason.
